FAQ

When will my order be shipped?

It takes me about 2-5 days to prepare and pack your order. 

If there is any changes to this, for example I am away on holiday or convention, then I will put up a notice about it.

Orders which include preorder items will be shipped when the preorder item is released. Please see the listing's description for when that is estimated to be. This can change slightly due to any delays of shipments getting to me but if that happens then I will keep you updated!

Do you offer refunds and returns?

Unfortunately no, all sales are final.

There is something wrong with my item / my item is missing

I quality check everything before dispatch, however if there are any issues please email me within 30 days and I will do my best to resolve them!

Does shipping come with tracking?

This depends on your chosen method at checkout and where are you ordering from.

Countries I can ship tracked to are:

- United Kingdom
- United States
- Canada
- Australia

All other countries have only standard untracked shipping available at the moment.

How long does the shipping take?

This also depends which option you choose at checkout. See below for estimated delivery times:

- UK standard shipping 2-3 business days
- UK tracked shipping  2-3 business days
- International standard 6-10 business days
- International tracked 6-10 business days

If your order does not arrive within 20 business days (international) or 10 business days (UK) please contact me!

The above is a guide only. Please note that postal delays can happen for a variety of reasons, would that be COVID, postal strikes, backlog delays, busy seasons like Christmas etc. Sadly that is all out of my control once I hand the item to postal services. 

I do suggest choosing a tracked option, especially for deliveries outside of UK so that you can track exactly where your parcel is. 

Do you ship to Europe (other than the UK)?

I do on my Etsy! (Except Germany)

Sadly I am unable to ship to Europe from my store at this time, but please check out my Etsy store. I can ship anywhere in Europe from there but some items are only available on my web store.

As for Germany... I am really sorry but I cannot currently ship there :( but I am working on it!

Will I pay customs and import fees?

If you are ordering from outside of the UK, you may be charged customs and import fees. This depends on the country and what you order.
